How well do we really know our true potential? Does our daily routine job give the scope to truly explore our potential? Unfortunately most of the jobs put us into a mundane routine where we fall into a repetitive pattern killing the notion of creativity. What really is Self-Actualization? As per Abraham Moslov famous for his “hierarchy of needs” pyramid theory “What a man can be, he must be. This need we may call self-actualization. It refers to the desire for self-fulfillment, namely, to the tendency for him to become actualized in what he is potentially. This tendency might be phrased as the desire to become more and more what one is, to become everything that one is capable of becoming.
